Mega Audino is going to be OU. It has the potential to be the best Cleric available.
The bulk is insane, look at these calcs:
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Audino: 240-283 (58.5 - 69%)
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 519-612 (73.7 - 86.9%)
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Clefable: 288-339 (73 - 86%)
+2 252 Atk Garchomp Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Alomomola: 325-384 (60.8 - 71.9%)
If it had kept Regenerator it'd be OU for sure, but it has a useless ability when all of the others don't, and a low Special Attack stat. Its physical bulk is superior by a long shot, and it has plenty of movepool options. The use of your Mega slot for a cleric is easily justified if it's a good glue mon with a low opportunity cost.
