What if Hoenn's new Battle Resort is like Sinnoh's Battle Zone?

NOTE: Pic related is artwork from Diamond and Pearl. The Battle Park was replaced by the Battle Frontier in Platinum.

Navel Rock and Birth Island are in the Sevii Islands, as per the Town Map in FireRed and LeafGreen. The Pokénav's map in Emerald doesn't have their location info.
