Monster Collection is the name of a running franchise of Pokemon figures.

Note that is a) says that Numera/Goomy is appearing in the anime, not Numelgon/Goodra, and that b) the Numera/Goomy figure just says the Pokemon "appears" in the anime, while the Luxio figure talks about how it's on Clemont's team and shit.

So it should be pretty safe to assume that Goomy is appear in the anime, Goodra is NOT appearing in the anime any time soon, and no one is catching the Goomy
