In X and Y, Mega Lati@s are the final two index values before a bunch of alternate formes
Pumpkaboo/Gourgiest, Floette, which makes sense. In ORAS, the final index values
representing all of the "new" Pokemon are in the following order:
>13 Megas in no significant order>Kyogre and Groudon-P>Mega Rayquaza>Cosplay Pikachu x6>Hoopa-H>4 further Megas, in the order Camerupt, Lopunny, Salamence, BeedrillIf I had to guess, I'd say they're adding them in as they make them. The lists probably need a termination point to make sure the demo runs properly, though.
