I knew you could get Diance with those codes, but not Volcanion nor hoopa. And you can use them on online battle, does not need to be against friends

Cyber Gadget Save Editor, a Japanese save editing device like the Datel PowerSaves we have in EU and NA, gives it users total control. you can have your save file completely decrypted. edit what ever you want in PKHeX and the CGSE server will resign it for you. you can inject any pokemon you want. it only works with JP X and Y. some people have imported the device and a JP game. As long as the game has a save file on it already(Dont import a new sealed copy, must be used with save data already) you can use CGSE with the JP card and use Pokebank on a NA/EU console to move the hacked pokemon to to pokebank and then move them to NA/EU game.

Also i forgot to mentioned. Anything unreleased(Pokemon, forms, Moves, Abilities, Items) are blocked from all forms of online trading LOCAL trading works. Anything unreleased are block form battles on Battle Spot. Battles with passerby/acquaintance/friend, online or local, are allowed.
