Since its been confirmed that Primals do not take up your mega slot, what are some megas that have great synergy with these two? In Doubles of course.

You're sacrificing Lightning Rod once you mega.

However M-Manectric gets Intimidate, which helps with Kyogre's poorer physical defenses.

Mega groudon and something that is crippled by water obviously, but i can't really think of a mega. Heatran will be good with it though, also regular venusaur with the speed boosting sun ability. it activates in extreme sun, right?

Primal Kyogre and M-Sceptile really.

Sceptile nullifies Kyogre's main weakness to Electric and also hard-counters other Grass types while being fast and powerful enough to pic off threats to Kyogre. Meanwhile Kyogre can deal with flying types with Ice Beam.

I don't know about Fairies, but it looks like a bretty good combo at first sight.

Primal G/K + Mega Rayquaza will be the norm.

Since you can have Mega + Primal EVERYONE will run either Primal Kyogre or Groudon since there is almost no reason not to. Since one of these guys will be on almost every team Mega Rayquazas ability will be incredibly usefull thus becoming the standard mega on most teams.
