Unfortunately, with all of the traffic coming in thanks to ORAS leaks, giveaway threads, Showderp, Pokemon Sage, and a plethora of other cancer-attracting elements, /vp/'s quality will continue to go down. Either deal with it or get out.

If mods stopped caring, we could turn this into 2012 /vp/ again and get rid of some cancer, but attract a whole different kind if a change a palette would work for you.

Either have different mods or create stricter rules. But there's no fucking way the state /vp/ is now is because of the things you mentioned. Pokémon's fan base is known to be filled with normal fags and obnoxious people without mentioning half of them must be underage. The janitor/mod /vp/ has couldn't be worse as well. Also this is a containment board after all.

The problem with /vp/ is that there are two general types of posters.
The first is the one that makes meaningful threads and his posts are relevant and offer some information/argument/humor.
The second is one who shitposts, who both makes bait threads and replies to them.
The problem is that on 4chan these two groups of posters are forced to interact. I think just better mods and stricter rules would really help.
