samurott looks fine in 3d, it just had a weird pose in its artwork and gen 5 games.
aesthetically, it's okay. now viability-wise? well, it's not samurott's fault if all the starters that gen were lacking.

Unlike those retarded cheap abilities, Shell Smash actually makes sense for it. And Sammys actually frailer than Cloyster on the physical side to pull one off, making it more vulnerable to priority after a set up. It wouldn't be that broken with that move really.
