It'll be viable in OU, but likely fall into BL. It's extremely fast and strong, making it a very, very effective U-Turner with decent coverage. Having such a high SPD stat means that it requires either priority or a scarfer to deal with it, but considering its role as a U-turner (and that you control when it comes in) mitigates this issue despite the large amount priority users in OU.
It'll be a great mega for maintaining momentum, but not something every team can utilize.
