Diantha's garde uses only ball attacks (moon blast is an energy ball instead of kamehameha), so Pikachu needs the iron tail bouncing to beat her.
The one attack I'd change is Quick Attack. It's about time Pikachu learns EXTREME SPEED one way or another. It would be great if the move tutors datamined from the demo are just a placeholder and Extreme Speed becomes one that Pikachus are able to learn.
