Bad design, a far cry from Bayleef's awesome design. No sigh of the leaf that was the crux of the design, instead it is completely gone and replaced with antennas for whatever reason.
Personally I would have kept the leaf and given it Samurott's treatment, a sword motif. Leaf Blade should have been Meganium's signature move, not Sceptile's.
