I said it was half-way questionable. On one hand, I don't think Aegis was particularly difficult to handle. On the other hand it made many types (not pokemon, entire types) a liability and really the meta is better off without it. The only adverse effect was Mega GMH rising in usage and fucking stall, but something like a dozen things would need to be banned to make passive stall good and they're all using Doublade anyway (bulky Psychics, who nicely handle Medicham [Jirachi has Garde] are easier to use with Aegis gone, too.)
