I see people praise sugimori for his improvement with RSE VS ORAS pictures but Doesn't Ohmura draw all the humans now? What artwork is ohmura's and what artwork is Sugimori's? I hesitate to take bulbapedo's listings as fact so are there any sources anywhere?

Has Ohmura drawn all the ORAS art we've seen so far?

I don't believe there are any sources confirming if Ohmura drew all or most of the people in Gen VI. I believe he probably did because even though his style is simular to Sugimori's, there are still differences. Having said that, I think Sugimori still draws humans occasionally, like in this Magma v. Aqua art. There are a lot of subtle differences between the way they look here and in Ohmura's official art, enough to make it seem like they're drawn by different people.
