Best strategy is to start with Swampert since he'll always start with Blaziken. Just use Hydro Cannon, switch to Blaziken, use Blast Burn, switch to Sceptile, use Frenzy Plant, then switch to either Swampert or Blaziken and take down Hariyama as best as you can.
Glalie is all but useless in this fight. Both times I tried to use it against Sceptile and I was taken down with a critical hit Leaf Blade like it was clockwork.
