Most of these are inspired by fantasy RPG's. My suggestions-
False Cure- Whenever somebody heals, they lose that much health instead.
Peril Rush- When at exactly 1 HP, all attacks gain +1 priority, and attack and special attack both double.
Strikeback- All Normal type moves are negated and damage they would inflict goes to the user of the Normal move. Ignores Aerilate, Pixelate, et cetera.
Turbo Magic- Special attacks have double power, but consume twice as much PP.
Dragon Heart- 30% chance for this pokemon to Auto-revive at 1/3 health when knocked out. Can only be activated once per battle, but can activate again if you switch out.
Shield Breaker- Attacks pierce through Protect/Detect/King's Shield/whatever.
Draining Touch- All contact moves heal the user 1/2 of how much they dealt.
