He'd pretty much be a Steel/Dragon Type with buffs to Def, Spe, Def, Spe, And Att and he'd have a new ability called "Metaliate" which makes all Ground Type moves into Steel Type, making Earthquake the most reliable Steel move in the game and pretty much make Flygon a Mini-Dialga with less Spe Att and more Spe of course.
