Twitchy furniture, the deafening silence with low bass static roar and frantic strings, shifting, dilapidated environment, reoccuring creepy ghost girl with some of the freakiest dialogue in the series.
And Hall of Origin also has one. Everything about it gives this feel like "this is a place man was never mean to be"
Last, Sendoff Spring into Turnback Cave was fairly uncomf, cause it seems just like this sort of normal place, but the music is this awful, ominous, almost cheesy sci-fi levels of over the top evil for what seems like no reason. Then you enter Turnback Cave, and it's this lost woods labyrinth of ancient ruins, where you can't even dig or escape rope out, and that same music is playing, now that much louder, and it hits you the sheer wrongness of this facility. Finally culminating by crossing the portal into the Torn / Distortion World, which between the freaky physics throwing you off, the lighting, and the reverent but discordant music also sets off my skeeving, chasing away any remaining comf I had left by that point.
