The fact that just a gen later they jumped on the power creep train is another story.
>>21449141>Why are you all so obsessed with it?1) I can't speak for others, but for me it's a simple yet cute design, which is particularly impressive when you consider that Flygon was based on a bug. 2) ORAS is a gen 3 remake, so people naturally expect Hoenn Pokemon to be the first in line to get new megas. And when you think about it, there aren't any better candidates left, aside from maybe Milotic which is also very popular.
