Releasing it won't do much, your save data is corrupted. If you're lucky you can reset save and the game will be fine, otherwise I suggest you to buy it again

Catch every pokemon and they'll give you a code for 50% off the DLC. You need to get the promotional code by preordering both Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire from Amazon (US) or ShopTo (UK). Not everyone gets it though

Buying a 4chan pass will grant you a code which will allow you to have access to buy the DLC on the e-shop. It costs $20.00, but is worth it.
