I'm not a /vp/ regular. I got downvoted in a Leddit thread (Smash Bros) after making a comment about how horrible Lucario is. Because of that, I was curious if shit aesthetic taste was common elsewhere.

Yeah I don't go often. My step-brother is a regular though; he was really hyped when he heard that buying the 3DS and WiiU versions of Smash unlocks Mewtwo DLC. Not sure why the most expensive DLC in history is good, but whatever.

To be honest, Mewtwo DLC doesn't even sound that great. He was barely average in Melee so I don't know why people make such a fuss about wanting him in. Snake would've been far better.
That subreddit is still pretty much circlejerking too, so you might not want to frequent it anyways.

I think Zoroark would have been much more interesting than Lucario or Mewtwo, but whatever. I don't mind Mewtwo; I've been playing since 64 and I'm just happy to have a 4th game.

I hate most humanshape because people think they're so cool. Ones I do like are Electabuzz and Jynx though.
Lucario can eat a dick for replacing Mewtwo in Smash.Let's just replace an iconic legendary for this do nothing piece of shit.

I really dislike Volibeat and Illumise, two ugly useless pokemon that should have just occupied one slot in the Pokedex, no reason to have both fuckers.

Gothitelle line is also one I really dislike, fanart make me not dislike them a bit, but overall they are awful.

The genies, Aromatisse line, Probopass line, and Bidoof line are ones I also hate a lot.

Actually have this, the ones here are mostly here because of the design. For example Whismur and Exploud are fine with me, but Loudred is awful.

I liked Lucario in gen IV, named mine after my dog as 11 year olds do.

Picked one up in Black 2 and again, enjoyable. Was a nice touch in Brawl and PMD2 as well.

But come gen VI, being given one straight up really killed it for me. And it's mega has a boring design. Also the Anubis theme needs to be pushed, oh and the type, Steel/Fighting, easily two of my least favourite.

I don't know, OP, I think Lucario is pretty cool.

Not sure if I have a Pokemon I outright loathe. Kind of baffled by all the fan jizz spilled over Charizard though. Maybe it's because I was never into the card game? I heard it was popular and had a Super Special Awesome card there. I was always more into the games, where its Flying type gave it a very blatant weakness compared to the others.

I never played the original Red/Blue when I was little, but I hoarded cards compulsively. I remember trying to barter with a kid at his house once. He kept his charizard card in his underwear drawer. Fuuuuck I wanted that card so badly. I was also pretty infatuated with dragons when I was younger.

Now that I'm 21, blastoise and venusaur are much cooler than an orange dragon.
