No boosting moves, Agility is worthless now that it has increased speed, max attack/bulk megagross with agility is garbage. Hone Claws isn't even worth mentioning.
Earthquake, the move that it absolutely fucking needs doesn't get the Tough Claws boost.
Psychic typing, horrible offensively and defensively.
Steel type got a nerf, it no longer resists ghost and dark, so Metagross has 2 more weaknesses.
Signature move got nerfed hard.
