Nintendo rules are Smash bros levels of bad. Smogon is trying to rationalize a "balanced" game, but for some reason this gen seems less interested in balance and more in preserving an ancient meta no one wants back

Swampert trucks it and doesnt need rain to outspeed though I dont know how well it shrugs off Shadow Balls.
Gallade maybe.

More importantly, the teams may evolve around the megas to neutralize the threat it actually poses or simply leave Aegislash not worth the move slot.
And on top of that, everything ever getting Knock Off - Gen 6 Bisharps, Pangoro, Chesnaught has a decent chance of gracing OU, and Hoopa-H .... who knows

If we set rules for a good 6v6 it will be pretty much the same shit as smogons 6v6 aside from using "banned" Pokémons that were not "ubers" before. Example: Speed Boost blaz, Mega milf, Aegis. Ans still even by "fun" rules it will start a fit and bitching and moaning...hence ending back by smogon rules.

In most tournaments for anything I've ever been in, if you are genuinely acting unsportsmanlike or being a cock to everyone people won't tolerate your shit and they will tell you to go home. The point is, Smogon bans things based on the best they can be. For instance, one specific set of Lucario isnt broken on its own, but the problem is you dont know what variation its running until at least the second turn. If it switches in on TTar or Ferrothorn or something that cant stop it quickly enough, it gets a free boost.

Which one? Its pretty much impossible to wall both sides of the field and deal with Lucario's vast movepool at the same time.
Dusclops gets torn to shreds by Knock Off or Flash Cannon, Chansey is killed by pretty much every set since Adaptability Aura Sphere at +4 is too strong even for the blob of pink shit
