In Gen III (and then IV), I won all the contests up to master rank with a Volbeat, so I'll probably try that again, but his focus will be Cool. Castform is a great Pokemon for Beauty because of its movepool, especially Hail/Powder Snow/Blizzard - one of the only three move chains I can remember.
