Medicham is stupid powerful and does tons of damage to anything it touches, besides a handful of bulky psychics.
Heracross is Medicham, but slower and with less power, but with a better secondary STAB, Swords Dance and a lot of bulk.
Gallade is Medicham, but not as powerful, but improved in basically every other area (speed, bulk, movepool.)
It's hard to judge them right now, and they're all really good but I do feel Medocham is mostly inferior to Gallade (and Heracross to a small extent.) That's about it.
Gallade ~= Medicham > Lopunny > Heracross in design tho
