bus routes are city specific unless you're in a mega city, and most towns don't even have them
i have to drive 20 minutes to get to a city that has public transport
train travel can probably take you from one big city to another, but the people riding them are usually doing it to travel to another state worth of distance
there's a ton of unused land
don't tell anyone though
