And Heatran would obviously destroy UU. Alright, Flame Body is the worse ability, but Heatran has so much more going for it. Not so much Blaziken, that relies on its HA or Mawile, that does do in a particular combination of moves.
Not all higher-tier pokemon can be adapted to a lower tier, but those that base their usefulness on a certain, definite factor rather than a plethora of them can.
Or would Thick Fat Azumarill be anything other than NU?
