Pokemon that are OU viable but aren't OU are ironically often better, provided you're a good team builder, than top usage pokemon because of how uncommon and under prepared for they are.

All these people are retarted. Crocune is good in OU. Tiers are entirely based on usage. Theo only thing is what's wrong with your post is that Clefable is actually a better CM user.

It's a lot more offensively oriented. Suicune just rolls up, sets up to 6, and even things that take a pittance from scald get pressure-PP stalled to death via rest talk.

Not OP, but have you even used Suicune? So many teams are weak to it.

"Won't give you a chance to set up" how exactly? It has 100/115/115 bulk, threatens Scald burns, can take SE special hits after just one or two boosts, and PP stalls anything that happens to wall it.

Also a ton of OU stall teams higher up the ladder have a really big Crocune weakness because it's so uncommon, while UU stall teams are overprepared for it and likewise anything not prepared for crocune is not prepared for Citizen Snips
