Not very accurate, the potions are a bonus for getting the Dual Pack, the GBA Wireless thingy and the PokeWalker came with the regular game.

The reason ORAS isn't coming with one is because they're used to test features for the next handheld console.

>DS can do Wireless play
>HGSS comes with a pedometer
>3DS has a built-in pedometer

The New 3DS was already developed by the time ORAS was being made, there's no need to make a test peripheral.

You know what else Japan has?
The limited edition for a few extra bucks.
Primal figurines for pre-ordering.
The potions for getting the dual-pack.
If you preorder one or both, you get one or two nice-ass posters of P-Groudon/Kyogre
If you preorder from a Pokemon Center, you get a special Hoenn artbook if you get the dual-pack.
