In VGC, its best set is the Calm Mind one. BD set is average, being useful with Follow Me or Rage Powder to sweep. The sad thing is that it is still too fragile to survive more than 1-2 turns after losing half of the HP,

wouldn't sitrus berry help with that?
keep in mind I'm just getting into competitive, so I don't really know what to expect, also rage powder sounds very interesting, I guess it checks any steel type counters, or is it for something else?

The thing is, even with Sitrus Berry, setting Belly Drum is still risky because in VGC you are more exposed to priorities and attacks that hit more than one Pokémon. This way, CM covers its bad Special Defense and makes it more resistant.

Also, Sitrus Berry + Unburden are always the best options for these slots.
