Here's a more offensively inclined balance team I've been screwing around with recently.

If you see a legendary in use on the cart you can almost always bet that it is hacked, especially if it is worth half a damn and/or a shiny.

Rough skin has actually helped me more than you would think, especially switching into a Pokemon who's low on health.

It's pretty nice, but you can shoot yourself in the foot if you're a dumbass. Just don't be a dumbass and aim for something that's burned or paralyzed. Only use it when the relevant sweeper would win you the game, or at least severely limit the opponent threats.

Not really that great, since it has great coverage options. Consider ice punch (OHKOs lando-T and a bunch of other relevant things like lati@s) or hammer arm (for ttar and balloon steels). Agility is always an option too, but then you would replace bullet punch with ice punch too, and have to change the EVs.

- spdef on AV ttar is a terrible idea - remember that's 10% of your bulk you're losing, and your spdef is easily your highest stat (with the sand and AV boost). You would be better off with - speed.

4 HP on talon isn't good - take off the 4 hp and you get an extra switch in to stealth rocks.

keldeo is fine

personally I would run LO on latias since you're running healing wish anyway, but eh, whatever works for you.

ferrothorn is fine

Don't worry about rough skin garchomp - you're right, it comes in much more handy than sand veil, especially since yours is mega garchomp. However, I would suggest draco meteor over outrage (outrage on megachomp doesn't really achieve much except for getting yourself revenged). This also means you should run a mixed EV spread and nature. I tend to run +speed -spdef, but you can also run +attack or +spatk, and a negative nature for one of the defenses of your choice (I chose spdef so that it's not as weak to priority). Don't be afraid to run a nature that isn't +speed, it's a great wallbreaker and doesn't absolutely need that speed tier.

Weakness policy tyranitar is horribly bad to be honest, as is dragon dance on regular ttar. You should change the moveset to a more standard one, liked the mixed one from the previous anon or a shoice banded set or something.

Pursuit on stoutland is bizarre, since you have a ttar. Just move the pursuit to ttar and run a better move here I think (I know, its options are terrible but you can try something interesting like facade stoutland to beat rotom).

Yawn gastrodon is questionable, but I don't use it much so maybe it works for you.

Honestly, I don't thin the team will go far. It has quite horrible type synergy, and gastrodon really isn't enough to fix that (and makes your team screech to a halt offensively). Try looking at some successful sand teams and seeing what makes them work (don't look at gen 5 teams). Sand as a whole this gen isn't a popular playstyle, it's usually limited to just excadrill as the sole abuser, or perhaps mega garchomp. Good work with trying something interesting though, it just needs tweaking.
