You'd just have to ask for help moving megastones from XY to ORAS. Don't expect to do it all at once, but if you go in looking to trade around 3 mega stones from XY to someone for them to then trade you in ORAS, I'd be happy to help. Just come back the next day and do three more, or ask another regular.
