I have a lot of them, but I think this guy here takes the cake. Magcargo and Chimecho get honorable mentions though.

I'm honestly not sure what would fix Carnivine without a big BST increase. Giving it some way to boost its speed might help, though. Sadly, even then, it's just a much worse Shiftry.

Magcargo would be a little better as a shell smasher at least if it got a better special rock move and its special attack matched its defense.

Chimecho is in the same boat as Carnivine, in that I don't really know how to fix it without resorting to drastic measures. Its movepool is big enough, but it needs either a good secondary typing or a big BST increase to help it not be worthless, even in PU.

Not my favorite shitmon, but if Lumineon got quiver dance, it would be so much better. It's based on the butterfly fish and already gets silver wind by level, which nothing else besides butterfiles do. Despite its Japanese name, it's not restricted to just butterflies either, since Lilligant gets it.

Okay, so I know Medicham isn't exactly a shitmon, but it's Mega Medicham I have the issue with. Not because it's gay, but because it's too fucking awesome to just be a Mega.

I'd honestly just have Mega Medicham on my team as a normal evolution, I fucking love the design so much. It's seriously the only Mega I really like in terms of design.

also, not really a shitmon, but a shittype. Fuckin' Steel, man. I love steel, but it's just too slow-paced and defensive for me. I'd give it another offensive move personally.

I'm pretty sure it also get's D-Bond so it could be a better Froslass, it would be a very popular lead in UU since all the bounce users in that tier are garbage.

Magcargo, definitely. The sucky thing is that it really feels like a mid-stage mon, but it's more likely to get a Mega. But with that pathetic HP stat, I don't think it would even be worth it.

At the very least, I'd give it Sturdy, if not an HP boost (which will probably never happen).

Don't ferrets bury/dig underground a lot? That's why I thought to make it part ground and give it rock head. Again, trying to make it stand out and make it a bit different than other pokemon so that people actually might be interested in using it.

It's an anti-lead, suecide one. Kinda gimmicky, but it works quite well. At least better than it should - I mean it's easily countered by statuses, priority, switching etc, but people tend to neglect it and frankly, nobody gives a crap or even know about Delibird's movepool. So usually you can take opposing lead down with you while having field clear of hazards. Sometimes you can even get 1 layer of spikes up.

It's definitely not the best lead around, but it's half usable, so if Delibird's is your favourite or whatever, feel free to use that build; it's not the easiest pokemon to use, but on the other hand it's not that complex too.

Favorite shitmon is Dunsparce. To be good in anything above NU, he needs an evolution. Not a mega-evolution either, because the little guy needs more than 100 extra BST. Even then, though, he'd probably just play like Zygarde but without Extreme Speed and a crappier type, so I'd give him an extra move that Zygarde doesn't learn to differentiate the two, like Taunt or something. Other idea- give him a rollout type move that's normal so you could have Coil boosted rollouts.
