Considering how technologically advanced the pokémon world is now, a computer type pokemon would be an interesting one.

1st stage could be like a smartphone,
2nd stage could be a laptop
3rd stage could be a monitor and desktop

The whole thing about the pokémon is that in contrast to the increase in size it's speed increases as it gets bigger.

Let's say it's steel/ghost type or even Electric/ghost

That's not how it works.
What you said applies to cats, foxes and other animals.

Meanwhile objects turn into living beings after being taken care of really well and with passion. Won't work with computers and machines. Also if for some reason you dump the object in the middle of the process it will have a grudge against you (literally like Banette), if you really want to get rid of said item you better burn it while showing respect.

I feel like a computer based pokemon would be too simple and boring with a monitor or screen as part of it's body. Maybe base it's design on something that's universal among technological devices.....like a cursor...

I tried making a fakemon based on Cameras and Projectors a few years back. Played around with them being Normal/Ghost type because of people that take pictures of supposed paranormal things. This makes the cameras a link between our world and the spirit world.

It could be a Normal/Ghost with auto reflect/light screen abilities, have Counter and Mirror coatBut paper thin HP and defenses.

A possessed toy pokemon, Ghost/Normal. But like, it can use the toy's accessories for form changes. (Shovel and bucket Ghost/Ground, Boxing gloves Ghost/Fighting, etc)
I guess it'd be like Rotom but physical instead of special.
