subseed+encore+memento is pretty funny

if you switch into an enemy trying to boost you can just lock him in with encore, forcing him to switch while you get an easy sub and then be annoying as fuck with the leech seed + leftovers regeneration.

memento works as an emergency stop to enemy sweeps and gives your sweepers a great opportunity to boost when whimsi is getting too low on health.

I do it all the time and its absolutely absurd.

Fairy is a fantastic defensive typing and prankster lets you seriously abuse moves like cotton guard and rest.
Get low on hp? Priority rest.
Priority cotton guard? 500+ def at lvl 100.
Need to stall? Priority leech seed/toxic/willomiss.

Eviolite Cottonee can be used instead and with its terrible HP, a Leech Seed round can restore a whole 25% of HP so it can keep abusing substitute.

I wouldn't bother, to be honest. Terrible HP just means it'll die quicker. You actually need time to set up substitute and leech seed. If it doesn't survive for at least one turn, it's fucked.
