So you know that faggot TyranitarTube? If not, he has the world's most obnoxious voice and he makes stupid youtube videos. You may be inclined to question why we should care about what some faggot posts online, but he has an undeserved fanbase, any experience with him will make you want to punch him in the face, and now he's making money off of GF's work.
Here's a video for you to cringe at: https://m.youtube.com/watch?a=&feature=youtu.be&v=oRXARvBe0WI
So basically in this thread >>21517800, a kind anon typed up an email they sent to GF to call their attention to this copyright infringement. Hopefully we can get this kid sued. It would be pretty funny. inb4 moralfags--he deserves it for trying to profit off someone else's work and getting butthurt that someone else "stole" his idea to steal.

Hello,
It has come to my attention that there is a campaign in which individuals have sold various sweatshirts using trademarked designs of Nintendo; specifically Gamefreak and the Pokemon company. These designs include images of the Pokemon, Kyogre, Groudon, and Rayquaza, as well as the titles "Alpha" and "Omega", being obvious references to the upcoming games Pokemon Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby. It is a clear legal offence here in the United States for individuals to gain a profit using trademarked designs without permission, specifically Nintendo. I hope you take legal action immediately.
This campaign began with two Youtube users "TyranitarTube" and "giancarloparimango".
I have included the links to their youtube channels, as well as the website they are selling these shirts.
