Out of the 16 baby pokemon, 13 of them can by gotten without breeding. Of those, 8 are restricted to their debut games and remakes, the exception being Smoochum, Elekid, and Magby. Still, this leaves 7 baby pokemon that appear in 2 or more generations. Azurill, Rioul and Mantyke are the only ones to be available in the wild pre postgame in 3 succesive generations: 4, 5, and 6. Ones who have skipped from 4 to 6 are Budew, Chingling, and Mime Jr.
In conclusion, anon is a lying piece of shit that doesn't like baby pokemon even though they are just like normal mons with a special way to breed as to not mess up the in-game universe.
