And I honestly don't fucking know. I caught a Shiny Octillery but it's Sniper so it may be different, but I do have Octazooka because its super cool

I think it's the least effective of the Moody Sweepers, because Glalie gets Frost Breath and Bibarel gets Super Fang, which aren't effected by attacking stat drops. Fun nonetheless.

As of Gen 6 Keen Eye ignores the opponents Evasion boosts.

They need to give more abilities this treatment.

Moody isn't banned for being good, it's banned for being uncompetitive. Octillery is still trash, all you did was prove (twice in one post) that you haven't the foggiest idea of how competitive actually works.

The only way to make the game livable is by removing and segregating things that were intended to be there; and once that's done there is no fun left to be had.
