Holy fucking shit. You might not believe me OP but I have a shiny Porygon with the exact same stats. Near hexaperfect but with 30 for SDef. Definitely keep it. What are you going to evolve it into?

OP here porygon 2 but I found something wierd it now says it is hidden power dark and the iv that is not perfect is defense but on the type chart it says hp dark means hexaperfect what is happenening /vp/?

Don't do it, OP. If you allow an IV of 30, soon you'll be fine with 29s, 28s, and even 27s. Eventually, you'll accept any above 20. Later, you might find 13, 12, and 11 to be A-OK for use. This will invariably continue until your IVs don't even matter to you any more.

I ran the numbers. At level 100, a 30 means that your Porygon2 will have 1 less point of special defense.

At level 50, there's no difference in stats.

This is technically incorrect. At level 50, 30 in an IV will mean one less point if you also give it IVs in that stat that is a multiple of 4, but not of 8 (such as 252).

At level 50: 2 IVs = 8 EVs = 1 point in that stat

31 IVs + 252 EVs = a whole number, whereas
31 IVs has x.5 of a stat that is rounded down if nothing complements it.

And then if you have a nature concerning that stat, you are required to individually calculate it since that 0.9/1.1x mutliplier will differ in exact effect. A single IV or 4 EVs can sometimes mean 2 points.
