PokeGen services are being offered by one or more readers of this thread. Remember that only pokemon from Gen V and below can be genned. Some requests take more time to validate and transfer through bank successfully. Please keep this in mind and consider your offers for compensation accordingly. No, pokemon with egg moves can only be in the standard pokeball.

http://www.pokemondb.net/pokedex or you can also try Serebii (bottom of BW dex page for your desired pokemon) or Bulbapedo (add /Generation_V_learnset to pokemon's url).
