I would give it to fighting type pokes who also get bulk up.
Also, I would also modify bulk up to increase the user's weight, similar to how autotomize decreases the user's weight. I think they would go good together.

Here's the Y pokedex entry for aurorus:

I would give aurorus an ice type king's shield move that freezes (or has a chance to freeze) the opponent if they use a contact move

For some reason that made me think of a Matadore, just because they have red capes.

A Fire type Matadore inspired pokemon with that move could be pretty cool.

(Three distinct moves, like Fire/Ice/Thunder Punch)
Deals Electric/Fire/Ice damage but counts as a Psychic move, so it can be STAB'd be Psychic types

Chandelure could use this to avoid SE damage. Not really bulky enough to abuse it, but maybe Delphox could get it?
