Xenoblade is the only confirmed one.

Nah, 3rd versions don't sell all that well anyway. People would just stick with X and Y instead of buying a N3DS.

Basically what >>21542735 said; if they were to make every game from now on for the N3DS only, they'd gain less money, as not so many people would want to/won't be able to buy a New 3DS if they have a 3DS/XL already, which is almost the same.
