I'd be surprised if they do Shiftry or Ludicolo without the other, they seem to like doing pairings like that (Manectric/Houndoom, Alakazam/Gengar, Pinsir/Heracross, Mawile/Sableye).

Hopefully we'll get Mega Butterfree for the same reason.
