>>21553134You needed to have an Arceus (I'm pretty sure it was a specific event Arceus) as your only Pokemon and go to the Ruins of Alph. Basically, you get transported to the Sinjoh Ruins (which were apparently built by people from Johto and Sinnoh) and Arceus gives you the option to bring another deity into existence, fucking up the entire world and killing everybody.
