Most memorable town is Lumiose simply because of how different it is from the usual.

Favorite town is probably Canalave. Super comfy atmosphere and in the cold region. I like cold.

First towns are never forgettable, except maybe the one in BW2. There are 2 rival battles right next to Viridian, the aforementioned gym, and you had to set out from there to reach Victory Road, I don't think that's forgettable.
