Hitmontop, Hitmonchan and Metagross are also decent candidates but I'm not a great fan of those. As for AV Slowbro and Slowking you need some sybergy oyherwise without T-Wave those are a dead weight, so you can't just put them in a team and expect an easy win. AV Goodra needs Wish support and it's mediocre. Note AV doesn't add a wall status to your Pokemon, most of AV users are there for specific threats and some revenge kills, also appear to be decent pivots.
I don't think ORAS movepool changes have added more users for this item.
Weakness Policy is pretty much about those listed Pokemon by anons: Dragonite, Aegislash, Mew, Drifblim, Baton Pass users, Sturdy users, Sash + Agility or QD/DD.
