And Regirock is actually pretty decent as is (not really OU material, but can be run as high as UU without serious viability issues), it's Regice and Registeel that are shit. And at least Regice was legit in RSE, poor Registeel has always been kinda shit. Their hidden abilities were also kinda shit. If Regirock got Sand Stream it would be 2x as good, the rock sp. def boost in sand combined with assault vest is amazingly good. If Regice had Snow Warning it could run Blizzard reliably which would make it way better.
Still honestly don't know what you'd give Registeel to fix it without a stat reallocation, it's the 'well rounded' one which means it's not really good at anything. Maybe give it Analytic so it's the best curse user of the 3? Or some ability that makes it immune to status would be good too, and maybe give it recover which would make it the only one with reliable recovery.
