Just go to a trade forum, Gamefaqs, Serebii, even Reddit
Offer a few shinies or something and have someone help you move your shit

I got someone(although in an Spanish forum) to help me move 1 box of stuff when i wanted to restart X for two shinies

I suggest forums because there (most) people care about their reputation and it's less likely you get scammed, you could try /vp/ if you like

So, basically, all pokemon can go from XY to ORAS through bank, but not all pokemon can go from ORAS to XY.

Items from XY can go to ORAS, as long as do you a normal trade. Items will not go there through Pokebank, unless they change the way the Bank works.

You can transfer any pokemon from ORAS to XY expect pokemon carrying new mega-stones, or pokemon who learn NEW moves. (New as Dragon's Ascent, not as Drain Punch for Chesnaught)
