Should it still be banned in competitive play? Now hear me out I still feel that moves such as Double Team have more rewards than risk but what about something like Minimize being a viable option in competitive play? It could bring some pokemon not really seen in spotlight before a chance to shine such as Muk or Drifblim and Minimize would also allow a number of other moves to be built into teams such as Body Slam, Flying Press, Steamroller and Dragon Rush which all get 100% accuracy and doubled power against a minimized target. It would certainly make a different meta that's for sure.
