Is there an easy way to get a hidden ability Pokemon from a horde or is it pure random chance? Is there always one in a horde with the ability or can you get a full horde with basic abilities.

Right now I'm trying to get a Hustle Nidorino and the best I can do is false swipe them to check for poison point but it's not working so well. I'm wondering if there's any tricks to make it easier.
