It's most likely meganium. I've rekt so many unsuspecting mons with leaf blade it's ridiculous.
I'd say in terms of stats Serperior has the advantage of speed of course, although, meganium has the slight edge in offense, while serperior has slightly better stats in defense.
In terms of movepool though, I think serperior has the better movepool. Access to three of the best boosting moves: Coil, Calm Mind, and Swords Dance, while Meganium only gets swords dance. While Meganium does have Earthquake and Bulldoze and Ancientpower, Serperior gets Aqua Tail, Gastro Acid, Glare, Dragon Pulse, And Knockoff, just to name a couple. I think Serperior wins out on the movepool too. I don't think either of these pokemon are bad though, although in my opinion It'd be easier to choose Serperior than Meganium.
